I was charged for services that was never rerendered. There was no follow up . A month later when I decided to ask why, I was greeted with a very hostile attitude. I spoke with Dr. Gilkes and her Office Manager Pat. I was then given the choice to continue the treatments to be performed by the the Doctor or not. I later decided to get a refund. I went to the office to do so and got an apology, also I was assured that the refund would be credited back to me. Two months later I had to go back the office to ask why and was then tolded that it would take a couple of days and when I got the call back, I tolded that I was being charged a service charge for using my Care Credit Card, for a treatment that I had to finsh myself, because I was abandoned on the table to clean myself up and put away the equipment, for a treatment cost more than what was agreed on, also a for a prescription wrote that was never received. I disagreeded and again was told that I would get return call in a couple of days. Note that it didn't happen, so I went back to the office and wait to speak to the Doctor and was tolded to wait, in the meantime Barrington (office employee) whom I had been speaking to came back with what he said the doctor will settled for and that she would not see (talk) me. I could take the check or get the credit. I opted for the credit and this time waited for them to process it. While I was sitting there waiting I was called out of my name. This last process took three hours. For me this dispute is not over. I'm being forced to take it to the next level.
