I recently had my first service for the car, and I called, made the appt. Came in the next morning, was greeted by Doris.... she told me she would be handling my service, told me what would be done, how long it would take, ask if I had any questions, and took me to where the service dept waiting room was, all the while smiling, chating about things in general, I honestly felt like she was my best friend, going for coffee! Never at anytime did I feel like a customer. Let me explain......Doris, and everyone I have come in contact with, since buying my Camry, have treated me as a friend, all the while smiling.:-) (what do you put in/ serve to drink there)? :-). I must also add, your service waiting area is awesome! Its more inviting and comfortable than most of my friends home!
I can honestly say I look forward to coming to your dealership, I am treated with respect, kindness, thoughtfulness, and valued as a customer! You have a lifetime customer, as I absolutely love Toyota cars.
