This was the WORST experience in hair care in my LIFE - and I've been to Great Clips! The people were rude, didn't do what I asked, and refused to make it right! The owner Kenneth didn't even ask how I wanted my hair cut, just started hacking inches and inches off of the front of my hair! The color wasn't at all what I asked for - not even close! I asked for a golden brown for summer - Sarah dyed me BLACK!!! She even took a break while she was doing my hair to add a feather extension to her own hair. This was on the 7th. I called to ask to have the color re-done and spoke to Jill on the 10th.She said Sarah would call me and that they would be glad to fix it. I never heard from her and over the next weeks I called several times with no reply. Jill emailed on the 24th saying she was sorry, my message was lost, and they would call me the next day. NOTHING for days! After a month of me making many calls and emails, and being promised they would make it right, the ""Manager"" Jill emailed me on the 31st and said they had no intention of fixing my bad color, would not offer a refund, and that I was not welcome in their salon because I used a special offer coupon from a site similar to Groupon, which meant I had no right to complain. You get what you pay for, I guess. Why offer these deals if they aren't going to give their all and honor them!?! Poor management, poor customer service, poor hair services, POOR, POOR, POOR!!!
