Seriously the most heinous customer service I've ever encountered in my life. The receptionist literally rolled her eyes and said "Oh my God!" when I asked to see the dentist to clarify what she told me were next steps as my understanding didn't match what the receptionist was telling me. She stormed off and came back telling me I couldn't see the dentist that they'd already talked to me. She then told me she didn't care if I was mad, gave me a fake name and told me "I hope you call my boss". Not only was the customer service terrible, the dentists and orthodontists changed all the time so the continuity of care was terrible. Hmmmm high turnover? Can't be a good sign. The pediatric dentist, Dr. Michaelson was amazing, the rest of the staff--horrible. My husband was in extreme pain after a dentist never gave him antibiotics but thought she did. They made him come in three times to fix whatever problems they said he had. Just atrocious. They also didn't use pediatric equipment like they should. I thought long and hard about writing this review as I'd never like to skewer anyone. Perfect Teeth needs to do something about this office. No customer should ever be treated with such blatant disrespect.
