I use Pep Boys for all of my car repair needs. They have competitive prices and their technicians are knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that service is first come first serve. To have your car worked on during the weekend you pretty much have to leave it overnight Friday. If you have a very nice car I wouldn't do this as they sit out in a public lot. However, if you car is VERY nice, it's probably still under dealer warranty and you wouldn't be using them anyway! They are very good about doing the work for the price they quote you and also about calling you if they find anything else that needs to be fixed--they don't just fix it and then charge you for it.
