In the last year Peninou has fallen on hard times. Poor quality control, no customer
service, constant employee turnover,no response to reported problems, all at prices triple the competition.
Imagine talking to four service reps, from the counter folk to a supervisor, then to a
corporate customer service agent, each one maintaining that their prices had not increased, then being told ""oh, I guess they have.No one told me."" Wrinkled shirts at $4.20/per, extra charges for folding, boxes, and even for starch, and a customer service agents who don't return complaint calls or know the current pricing structure.
The saddest part is that they WERE the best in the City.
