I ordered Kung Po shrimp, described as "Shrimp in spicy mixture of Chinese vegetables". When the dish came it did have shrimp and a couple of slices of water chestnut but by far the largest ingredients were diced celery and carrots. When I complained to various staff asking where the bok choi, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, etc were ( the waitress, the cashier, and a gentleman of unknown occupation) they all said "You ordered the wrong dish. They seemed to believe that dicing the vegetables made them chinese. No effort was made to correct or replace the order. They said "Next time you come in order the other shrimp dish." When pigs fly.
