Caring, NON drug pushers. 3/21/2010

I always have a great experience when I go into this office. I feel like the the P.A.s and Docs take time and really try to help your children. In reference to another parent's review on this office... you should be THANKFUL that they don't just prescribe antibiotics to anyone. They are good for some things but do NOT cure everything and can cause further complications, such as MRSA. All of the other doctors I have taken my children to over prescribe them and my daughter ended up in the hospital from too many antibiotics.\r \r I take my children here everytime they are ill and will continue to do so. more

Pediatrics Pm is the worse exp ever! 7/7/2009

they do not give antibiotics when children are really sick. they like to tell you that your child has a virus and send you off while billing you over $100 for a visit. they also will tell you to come back if the symptons get worse. Nice way to have a 2nd visit that you have to pay $100 for again. I have reported them to my insurance company. I choose to take my child to Sound Family Medicine instead. more

Worthless 3/11/2009

I brought my sick daughter to see Dr Pollard at Pediatrics PM today. She has had fevers, diarrhea, and had been vomiting for two days. I am a pediatric nurse and had concerns about her getting dehydrated. Because of my experience, I knew what to look for and what the proper interventions to take are in order to prevent dehydration. However, my interventions were not working. From the moment Dr Pollard walked into the room, he belittled me and talked to me in a very condescending way. He offered no intervention that was different then I was already doing at home and treated me like a complete idiot! He is a jerk! I will never bring my daughter to his office again! more

Late Hours Option For Sick Children 6/1/2005

As any parent knows, children that get sick don't always keep office hours and sometimes that necessitates care that won't wait until morning, or Monday. To fill in this gap, Pediatrics PM operates with the caring staff of Evergreen Children's Clinic for extended hours. Last time I checked, the clinic ran until 10 p.m. and on Saturdays. My family has used the Evergreen Childrens pediatric office for approximately six years, and I do not hesitate to recommend Pediatrics PM as well. We have used the after-care service approximately 10 times since their opening. The staff is efficient and friendly, which is essential with a sick child. My only complaint is that the waiting room space while clean and offering toys, is on the small side, and can get quite crowded during flu season. There are no appointments for Pediatrics PM, and you are seen on a first come-first serve basis, so the wait can be some time as well. All in all, the service is kind and efficient and a wonderful alte more
