Dr Lappen has seen our twin girls since they were born three months premature in the NICU weighing under two lbs. Dr Lappen is very very compassionate, positive and has an outstanding bedside manner. During our 3 month stay in the NICU and follow ups with a heart murmur we have felt as if Dr Lappen is a family member who is caring for our daughter. She has excellent communication skills and makes sure she spends the appropriate amount of time with you to make sure you understand what she is doing, what she is looking for, what are the issues, options, things to consider. She makes sure you understand and are comfortable with everything. Of all the Drs we have had to deal with since the inception Dr Lappen has been one of our favorite. We would recommend her to family and friends.
