Outstanding! Staff was very professional and accomodating. Been going to Dr. Ellingson for about 10 years for his excellent service and advice. He sent me to the best for my lasik surgery at the time, and it's been better than I could have imagined. His exams are very thorough and my insurance gets billed. Won't go anywhere else. more

Worst of ever 4/26/2010

I have to change my glass three times here. At first they gave me a wrong prescription and told me it would take time to adjust. I wait for three months to adjust with my eyes with terrible headaches and blurry vision. Then wen for second time. no improve. Third time another doctor see me and told me there was some mistakes in my glass, and he will not charge me anything. this time he said none of your eyes can be 100% perfect after using glass. So, take it easy. I believed him. After seven months my vision goes worse. I went to University of Iowa. They said, the glass that Pearle vision made, right eye is overcorrected and left eye is undercorrected. more

they are very rude 4/2/2010

I ordered my daughter a pair of glasses. We found the displayed frame was distorted and they told us they will use new frame for us. When we picked the glasses up, we found they still used the distorted one and tried to have them adjusted. The lady was very inpatient and she droped her face and rolled her eyes to my daughter. Finally, they agreed to redo our glasses. Today, when I called them about it, the lady (the older one) was rude on the phone. Pros: None. Cons: both the ladies are very rude more
