I have to give Payless credit since it really has transformed itself over the past few years from cheap and frumpy to quality and affordable.
These store carry men's, women's and kids styles at a fair price.
One of my favorite things about payless is that they offer a lot of their styles in wide. This makes life a lot easier when you have a son with Freddy Flintstone feet. I find myself buzzing around this place
once a month looking for new shoes for the little one. Thing is, not only are his feet the widest I've ever seen on a child but his feet grow like weeds. Payless always has something for the little man and on some visits, something for mommy too. My favorite are their summer sandals. They always have those chic looks for a fraction of the cost.
On my last visit I noticed that they now have a whole line of dyeables that are about half the price of your bridal wear store. This sure would have been helpful if they offered these a few years ago when I started my collection of colorful bridesmaid shoes that I'll probably never wear again. No wait, let me revise that- My collection of colorful bridal shoes that I'll NEVER wear again. I wish I could have bought these hideous shoes “cheap” here at Payless, but instead I paid full price and now I'd be lucky if I could sell them on eBay.
Overall ok quality, but better for quanity. You can get more for less, when you shop at Payless
