At least that is what they claim! Paul's has been around for quite a few years and has a loyal following by their "regulars". It's mild outside facade hides a nicely appointed restaurant inside. White tablecloths and vases on the tables add to the mood of being out to dinner, as opposed to just grabbing a bite to eat. The menu is varied, and the food is good.
The servers are friendly and competent and make dining experience fun!
I would recommend it highly, even if it is a bit pricey.
