I've been working with Paul Revere Revolutionary Service since before they changed there name! Actually my daughter used them first, but we've been with them for years. Whenever there's an emergency, and I've had a few, they are always there to help. The last one was that we had no heat when we got home from vacation, so it was a holiday even, but the tech went above and beyond. Places were closed so he couldn't get a pipe to do the repair but he went to all the way to Lowe's to get one.
We have them out to check the heating and AC every year for us. We have a contract with them, I think they call it "platinum". I think the price is reasonable, but I can't really compare it to anyone else because we've always had them. There's one person I always opt for, his name is Joe, because he's so detailed. He goes above and beyond explaining everything when he checks the system every year. I always ask for him!
