THE BEST OF THE BEST 1/20/2019

I had Mr. Caleb Armijo install a furnace in my condo one year ago. At that time, I was impressed with his very professional attention to detail, as well as explaining each function of the appliance. The furnace has performed admirably since that time. A few days ago, Caleb returned for a free inspection before the warranty runs out, and once again he took time to monitor all the furnace's feature, finding them to be performing just right. He took time to show me each function on his screen. Once again I was impressed with his professioanl manner and courteous demeanor. He even wiped down the wall's thermostat for fingerprints. I plan to keep using Patterson Plumbing for its outstanding service and also hope that Caleb will be with the company for many years to come. Thank you for the opportunity to rate this highly qualified individual. more

PPH sent out technician Bryan Compratt to solve an electrical problem for me,which he quickly did at no cost to me.He was professional,courteous,and capable.highly recommend PPH. more

intergity/honest/selfless service/honorable/ 1/14/2019

I am retired military. and a senior citizen. This morning I went to get gas at a loaf & jug near my home. I dropped my wallet on the pavement without knowing. 15 minutes later I heard a knocking at the door. look out the window and it was a van from Patterson plumbing and heating. I answer the door and a man handed me my wallet with drivers License /military ID/credit card/and debit card inside. he said sir I think you dropped this and walked off. I said thank you and closed the door, without asking him his name. I called Patterson plumbing and heating and explained what happen. the customer service rep, did some checking and called me back. And said the the persons who return my wallet was a Father and son team Tim and Damien. The act of honesty and kindness . Was great for me, that strangers I did not know would safe me a lot of heartache /money / time. if I never need Plumbing or Heating repairs . I will call Patterson because the type of people they employ. Thank you both and God speed . more

job pending 12/31/2018

I am monitoring the greenhouse temps throughout the day and night and intend to do so when it goes down to zero or so the next 2 nights over the holiday. So far the heater with added fan is keeping the greenhouse 10-15 degrees cooler than the thermostat is set for. That tells me that when it gets even colder tonight and tomorrow night, the furnace will be that much less adequate...a good test for our climate. My gut feeling at this point is that I will need a larger furnace, which is what I thought in the beginning. Also, I need to discuss the cost of running radiant heat with gas vs. a non-radiant heat gas furnace. more

Best HVAC Services in my area 12/28/2018

They just finished a replacement of my old heating and hot water systems. The cost was in line with the required work that they performed and the solution is really working well for us. I highly recommend that anyone facing the replacement/rebuild of their AC, heating and/or hot water system should contact these guy's because they are going to do it right. more

Terrific Experience 12/6/2018

I had been fighting with various issues with my toilets for years and then my daughters from Denver started complaining. When I had finally had enough, I called Patterson Plumbing out of the phone book after another competitor failed to answer. The appointment was made. Mike McGee came out on the day scheduled. He went over various options keeping our budget in mind but showing us all the options he had. Together we picked a plan to replace all 4 toilets. A day was scheduled and Mike completed all toilets the same day. Throughout the process Mike was considerate, professional, and very courteous. I will definitely call Patterson Plumbing for any future plumbing or heat and air needs and most definitely ask for Mike McGee. more

We highly recommend Patterson Plumbing and heating. With special mention on the plumber, MIKE McGEE, who did all of our 4 toilets just by himself. He is thorough, promp, honest and very pleasant. more

WE called PPH on the weekend and actually talked to a person, not a answering machine, and made an appointment for Monday, Tim Moralas and his crew were very courteous kept their work area as clean as they could. They took their time to answer any questions we had. We received a e-mail each morning to let us know who and when they would arrive to work. Overall we were pleased , Thank you Patterson Plumbing and Heating! more
