Pat's Bridal Alterations and Custom Creations

I went to Pat's to have alterations and additions done for my wedding dress. We had spoken in detail about what would need to be done and my mother had even shown her the dress in advance to be sure we were not wasting our time. I then made an appointment, left work in the middle of the day (which she knew) and went to see her. When I arrived she did not greet us for several minutes, and when she finally did she was quite unpleasant. When I put the dress on she then decided she did not want to do it because I am too ""busty"". She was extremely rude and dismissive and gave no explaination or suggestion after she simply changed her mind out of nowhere in a 24 hour period. I would not recommend this woman to ANYONE. She has horrible people skills and does not deserve the business. Please take your wedding dresses and other alterations to any other seamstress who will care for them and treat you with respect and courtesy! Cons: Rude and inconsiderate. more

I went to Pat's Bridal to have my dress altered. I do not reccommend this lady at all. Her attitude was very unpleasant and she was very insulting. She told me that I needed a breast reduction and after quoting me a rediculous price said that it was high because my dress was made in china and that she doesn't work for china prices. more
