My story is almost identical. We ordered an umbrella from the New Jersey store (Newtown store closed) in July and still have not received it by Thanksgiving. I have called and written many many times and have received empty promises of ""coming in 3 weeks."" I don't believe anything these people say. I went to the store and requested a refund but was refused. They have essentially stolen my money. more

Poor Customer Service 7/22/2009

We ordered furniture at the beginning of the summer, and have yet to receive it. The 'couple of weeks' promised has turned into almost 2 months. Multiple calls for order status result in multiple rounds of phone tag, with no information. If you are expecting efficient customer service, this isn't the place. Pros: Good selection Cons: Poor customer service more
