These people hire lots of counselors, because lots of counselors quit. Most of their employees are recent graduates, who don't yet understand the system. Their contract should be examined with a microscope, considering worst-case possible scenarios. They offer supervision to unlicensed counselors at a high price (a process required to obtain a license.) They hold it against a counselor who obtains supervision elsewhere.
