I strong recommend against going to Dr Shailesh Patel. I experienced long waiting period. The staff and doctor is rude. I was also overcharged for the services. And though the insurance company has already paid the doctor and I am owed a refund, its now over 1 year and inspite of multiple reminders I have not received a response to my voicemails and emails and have not been refunded the excess amount paid. more

I had neglected my dental care for quite some time. I found myself in quite a painful situation with a gum infection. Dr Patel gave me appointment the next day and had me well on my way to recovery. He took a very methodical approach in getting me back to healithier teeth and now has my teeth the best they been. I find the staff is quite friendly and professional and would recommend highly Pros: All thumbs up more

i went to dr patel for basic cleaning which is free since my insurance covers it 100%. but he instead recomended deep cleaning, showing pictures of how dirty my teeth is.the earliest appointment i could get was after a month, 2 seperate aptmnts for upper & lower teeth.\r Cleaning was done by a lady called jenny who was very good at her job, very friendly & could answer all questions & she gave good tips on maintaing clean teeth.\r my total charges came to $136(90% covered by insurance)I am giving this detail to help others know how much it would cost approx.\r they said i had 2 cavities as suggested me to do the filling, not sure if they do that to everyone.\r but since i was moving i could not take appntmt with them. they also said tht if i need a print of the copy of my records for furthur treatment with other doctors, the charge is $25. but if they email this to my new doctor then thers no charge.\r over all I would recomend them as they were very friendly & professional & jenny did a good job. my teeth look much healthier & clean more
