I used to get my hair styled and highlighted at JCPenny's, which is great, but then I switched over to Partners in Design. Although the costs are a LITTLE more pricey than your average cost cutters, it is really worth it. Everyone is super nice, talkative, personable, and makes you feel welcomed. As you get your hair done, you get offered food and drink. When you get your eyebrows waxed, you go in a private room, with the lights dimmed and plants around, a very relaxing atmosphere. My personal favorite part everytime I go there is when they wash your hair...they make a point of massaging your head for a good amount of time. It's very relaxing. The end product is great, too!
