I agree with the other reveiwers of the Parma Theater - it's definitely nothing fancy. But if you maybe didn't feel like paying full price to see that first run movie, or maybe you really liked a movie and want to see it on the big screen one more time before it goes to video. Then the Parma Theater is the place to go.
Limited concession, small theaters (it used to be one big theater), sticky floors - the whole cheap theater experience is yours for a paltry $3.50.
To be sure, this is an old theater in the deco style, but since the redecoration and splitting of the one big theater into three, the deco charm is pretty much gone on the interior. The marqee is still classic though.
The Parma is a good local theater, and there aren't many of those left - worth supporting for that reason alone. And hey, it's nice having a theater within walking/biking distance of home for a cheap evening out, right?
