I love this place. Raga did an awsome job on my color, not to mention The Parlor is cute, clean, hip and has good music. A nice addition to the Greenwood/Phinney neighborhood.

Don't let the young, hip exterior of owner, Raga, doubt your faith in her extremely professional service and eye for your perfect cut and color. She truly knows how to deliver the exact look and feel you're after. Fun and funky, this salon is definitley a treat to relax and allow yourself some pampering and excellent service! Well priced and easily accessible, why wouldn't you come to a hair/body haven instead of the typical hustle and bustle of the average salon?! more

Seattle's Best Salon is The Parlor 12/19/2008

The Parlor is a soothing and refreshing change from the Chain Salons I've gone to over the past 20 years! The Salon is attractive and tastefully decorated, easy to get to from both Seattle and South Snohomish County, within walking distance of many Greenwood restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores, and most importantly operated by a saavy proprietor, Raga O'Dell, She is a talented young woman with a keen eye for just the right cut and color. I have recommended The Parlor to family, friends and business associates without hesitation . . . and all have been as impressed as I have been! If you want to look your best, you'll make The Parlor your first stop. more

Hair Therapy 12/16/2008

I started coming to The Parlor about 6 months ago in search of a new hairstylist that would take the time to help me figure out my hair. Raga listens to me, gives me suggestions and usually a couple of options. I have received more compliments on my hairstyle since coming here. Raga is friendly, personable and very professional. The Parlor has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere - a nice break from the noise in my day. I will be a loyal customer for years to come. Pros: free & easy parking, easy to find location more

The Parlor is a new trendy salon located in North Seattle in the Greenwood area. The owner, Raga, has been styling my hair for over ten years. She does amazing razor cuts and foils, and I have received many complements. I Love My Haircut! 12/6/2008

Since Raga has been cutting my hair, I get so many compliments - even strangers will ask me who does my hair. Raga really listens to what I want and cuts it just the way I like. The cut has such good lines that it maintains it's shape even as it grows out and the color is natural and doesn't fade. She uses very good products. I've sent many people to her and thay have all been very pleased. Her salon is stylish ( she's talented in interior design as well) and comfortable. Give her a try - you'll have people saying ""I love your hair - who do you go to?""\r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r more

Raga at The Parlor is the best hair stylist I've ever known, and believe me, I've experienced many.\r Raga listens to what you want to achieve in your style and helps you reach your goal. There is never any pressure of selling me products, but if I have questions on products or hair processes, she is always willing to give me advice. She also carrries great products if you're in the mood. The Parlor has a peaceful, welcoming vibe. I always look forward to my appointment. It's my time and always enjoyable. more

Raga, owner of The Parlor, is an amazing stylist and has designed a beautiful ambiance for the salon. I love the interior design of the salon......great music...great hair products, great atmosphere! Raga, has been styling my hair for over five years and is one of the few stylists that knows how to cut and style naturally curly hair. She is amazing! I highly recommend The Parlor. The Parlor is Fabulous! 12/4/2008

Raga has been doing my hair for the last 15 years and I have followed her to 2 different salons and now to her own salon, The Parlor. I cannot find anyone else that does a better job for such a reasonable price. She always listens to what I would like done and suggests new ideas for my hair that I usually take and I have never left dissappointed. Raga always has a smile on her face and The Parlor is a welcoming place to get your hair done whether it be just a cut or something more. I alwasy leave there feeling refreshed with a fantastic cut and color. I would reccommend anyone that is looking for a quick standard cut or that is looking for a new style or color. Pros: I can always get an appointment within a week of calling. more

Raga always gives a great hair cut and does very professional color. Her haircuts are easy to maintain and always fashion forward. I have my hair colored using a two color process. It always turns out beautifully and I get many compliments on my hair style and color. I absolutely would recommend The Parlour to anyone. more

You can't beat the professionalism with this salon. Always punctual and very accommodating to individual needs. I have been a regular for over three years and have no desire to change salons. BEST HAIR COLOR STYLIST IN ALL OF PUGET SOUND!!!!! 12/2/2008

Raga, owner of The Parlor is by far the best colorist in all of Seattle. I have gone to very high priced salons in Seattle and not even gotten close to the results I have gotten from Raga. She has made my transition into my 40's so that I am still getting carded!!! Gotta love that! I have followed Raga wherever she has been before and excuse the pun but she has taken me back to my roots (literally) in the great neighborhood of Greenwood where I grew up. Her salon is relaxing to say the least. I have loved my color and my haircuts for years with Raga. She is worth every penny and so is the experience of a clean, quiet, cute place to be. more
