I rate Jeff Parker as one star, because this format will not let me rate him with zero stars. As a business professional, Jeff Parker is not only a sketchy liar, he's a coward. He will make deals with you, chat with you, make you believe that he's sincere. Then he will take your money, and his wife will suddenly be the only person that can answer the phone. She will tell you that you're money is no longer your concern. She will tell you that if you continue to call, harassment charges will be pressed against you (for calling 3 times in 2 months...guilty much?) I cannot stress enough how unethical this family is. Please please save your time, your money, your sanity, and give your business to an ethical, morally sound family that knows how to treat people with respect.
