I've always called this place the Park Inn, or ""PI"". I like variety. This place is on my top 5 list in the Spokane area, and has been since I got here in the mid-90's. I haven't found a place I could compare it to--the closest would be Godfather's, if you remember those, or maybe Shakey's, Rocky Roccoco's, or Europa. They use what I would call ""quality"" ingredients. I usually get their combo, and it's salty as all get out. It's substantial, heavy pizza, and if you eat more than a couple of pieces, you'll feel the salt, later, if you aren't well hydrated in advance. DEFINITELY worth the try. more

All right, if you are looking for something fancy, this isn't it. I've read the other comments and agree with all of them except for the one that said it is the cleanest; when measured against dive bars maybe. Having said that I wouldn't change a thing! more

The Park Inn is the cleanest, best diver bar EVER! 4/19/2008

The Park Inn is probably my favorite bar in all of Spokane and is definitely my favorite bar compared to other locations. (I cannot comment on the restaurant half of ""Park Plaza"" because in my 2+ years of regularly visiting this bar I have yet to even step foot in it.) Pros: Friendly folks, cheap drinks, close to downtown Cons: No pool table more

Just what we were looking for! 3/22/2006

My husband and I were looking for a bar/restaurant where we could get a great pizza and watch some of the NCAA tournament. We were so happy we decided on the Park Inn/Park Plaza! We loved the atmosphere in the bar.....kind of what we would call a ""dive bar"" - which we like. The pizza we ordered was delicious - tons of gooey cheese! The service was also great - everyone was quick and more than happy to help us. Pros: inexpensive, yummy pizza more

Best Pizza in Spokane 7/19/2005

This is a great dive bar. (So I'm talking about the bar 1/2, not the other side, on which I cannot comment). It's dark and smoky, and has great service and fantastic pizza and sandwiches. more
