This office has very poor customer service. They are listed as preffered providers on insurance websites but what that does not explain is that they do not offer services that are covered by the insurance. $1800.00 is an exorbitant fee for three fillings, especially when the insurance is only paying a few hundred of that. I am just lucky that we asked first BEFORE the work was done. Then when you have to change dentists they charge you again for copies of YOUR xrays.\r
They definitely need to get better in the customer service area. Until then I would definitely NOT recommend.
Pros: Doctor and hygienist was good
Cons: Staff was really bad
