I have been working with park ave properties in Charleston, SC with extremely disappointing results. My house was to be listed as available July 15th with showings starting July 1st. The listing wasn't even created until July 18th, and this is after multiple calls and emails and texts to both the agent and her boss. I had requested a listing price of $800/ month and was told ""we can get you $950."". I said my biggest concern was getting it rented quickly no matter if I got the additional money or not. It's almost October now and there are no renters, and it's been reduced to the $800 I asked for originally. I'm guessing potential renters probably have the same issues I have had getting a response back of any kind, and that's what's hurting the rental. I've now given up hope and I'm going too try to lousy it for sale. I'm definitely using a different agency for the sale. I sent a message stating my plans to do this to park avenue 4 days ago and still have not received a response back. Horrible customer service. If you want your house rented at all, use a different company.
