I have used this laundromat frequently, only because it is close to my apartment. But I dread the experience every single time. Several of the employees (with only a couple of exceptions) are rude and act as if the customers are a nuissance. The same employees insist on smoking right outside the open door to the laundromat, so that the place fills with the smell of cigarette smoke. The place is NOT clean and equipment is often out-of-service. The washers often do not spin the clothes out effectively, so that you laundry comes out dripping wet. There are only four dryers in the place that work well at all. And with all of the dryers, you have to dry your clothes (even a smaller load) for at least an hour and a half, or they come out damp. In short, I reccommend that you avoid this laundromat. I have had enough. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere.
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Parking is a problem. Poor service. Bad equipment. Rude employees.
