Parhizkari, Alireza, Dds - Jackson Family Dental Practice

My experience here was wonderful. I can't say thank you enough. Unfortunately I always get extremely anxious when going to get any dental work. ALL of the dental assistants were wonderful and great at easing my nerves. The Dr was quick and made my experience painless.\r I had a missed call and when I checked my voicemail it was Dr Parhizkari calling to check up on me and see how everything was going. The actual DR called me!!!! Where does that happen?!?! I was shocked and very impressed my this. I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be coming back here to get work done.\r Not to mention the waiting room and reception staff was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place. Again, Thank you. more

After reading the reviews (4 out of 5) for Dr Alireza Parhizkari, I decided to set an appointment with Dr Alireza Parhizkari. Over the phone, when I was setting the appointment, I mentioned clearly that I want to have an appointment with him, and not another doctor. But another doctor visited me! I asked for him, but I was told he comes to the office once in a while... He is just the owner of the office these days... There was a woman in the office and used to introduce herself as ""office manager"". She was RUDE and pushy... I won't go back to the office anymore. I won't suggest Dr Alireza Parhizkari to anyone!!!! So disappointed!! Do not beleive the high rate of this dental office on internet.. I am sure that the office manager (and her frineds, if any) have given the high rate. more

What are the magazines for? There is no waiting! Great Dentist . The only dental or medical office I have ever been to that starts the appointments ON TIME!!! Every time I go into the office for my appointments the office staff greets me warmly and is ready for me! I look forward to going to Jackson family dental because its never a waste of time! more

I am a patient of Jackson family dental for last 8 years, and they are so kind and supper nice to me, specially the manager, I really don?t know her personally but she has been helping me a lot when things weren?t covered under my insurance, last review is shocking to me and it looks like a personal problem or some one try to give a bad name to the office, I recommend my friend to this office and she was searching and called me to check this review, and I had to write because its not truth and you have see it for your self, and be the judge, I Love my dentist and all the staff, by the way the dentist is a woman not a man! more

Avoid this place if you want some decent customer service with better price. very un professional manager. heard frm office stuff that doc has illegal relation with her and she does his tax under table, so who cares what patient needs. you even can't reach to doc to make a complain, not much patient there, bad for business. dentist was heavy-handed.a regular cleaning cost almost $300 without insurance, then i found another place in same area for $84 regular cleaning. BEAWARE those very nice posting are written by them for their business. u will know when u walk in there and meet tht ugly behaved manager. Cons: Unethical manager, high price more

Very nice office and very kind office manager,she did help me a lot and I did not have any dental insurence, she offered me the in-house insurence $59 per year which give me up to %60 off ,Today I went for the filling and the doctor did a very good job,I found my self the best office, more

I have been going to this office since January 2008,I really like the office staff, they have been very nice and kind to me, I didn't like the dentist they had before (male dentist) but I like the new dentist ,and the office manager been very nice to me and my family, she is very good with children, more

I don't agree with some of the bad reviews but i let you all know about my experience,the office staff and the office manager were very nice but the dentist (dr.bidgol)was very rude and when he examed my teeth he was telling me that i have the worse teeth and i should be a shamed.I was walking out of the room that office manager came and said you are not done yet we need to do consultaion,i let her know i was not coming back and she asked me why? i let her know about the dentist and she apolgized and said we will call you . 2 months later i got a call from the office manager and she said they have a new dentist,I told her i will give one more try,I liked the new dentist and i think the office manager is very professional and sweet so i found me an office and i will recommend this office. Had a pain for last 4 days and like every body else was afraid of the dentist ,but my wife called and made me an emergency appointment,when i got in the office i was very nervous and let the office know about it ,but the office manager told me don't worry we are here to give you a smile. and thats what i got when walked out .Very nice office and very professional staff.i do recommend this office to the other co-workers and my family. I also agree with last post. unprofessional office manager. High price and manager behaves like she is THE dentist and very rude. This is the first place i have seen where patient's sufferings don't come first. i was waiting for 45 min with problem in my mouth. they don't think anything but your money.later, i had an emergency and i called there and left voicemail and no respond.i even wanted to complain about manager's rude attitude, but later i heard from some other people in office that dentist likes her, so kept a less qualified person as a manager ! no complain will give any fruitful result. how unprofessional situation! i changed my insurance from there. I agree w/ the last review. Very unprofessional office manager. When I inquired about treatment and charges, she did not want to answer and claimed that the office was about to close for lunch. I could not believe they responded in this manner, especially after I was seen 30 minutes later than my actual appointment. I also wondered after a couple of treatments why the copay they charge is much higher than what my insurance quoted. They never gave me a satisfactory answer. The dentists seem to be nice and competent enough but be cautious about treatments they recommend that are unnecessary and are therefore not covered under most insurance plans. more

the staff and dentist were great help, informative, and professional.They spend time to give me a detailed exam and provided me with and went over my options one by one.the best dental education of my life.the office has a stress free and relaxing feeling with vary friendly staff. Also vary clean, and organized. Pros: family feeling of honesty and wormth. Cons: can't say anything bad, and that's the truth. more

manager has no qualification and she is rating here giving 5 star rating. she is a old lady with attitude.very unprofessional office manager. Kept me waiting for long time and got lots of pain. bad work for high price. later i figured out they gave me wrong medication. i got infected. i called at office and the manager tried to give me advice without contacting the dentist. she is a dental assistant, but she prescribe like dentist. very unprofessional place. they r loosing their clients tht why.
