People are always friendly and very polite. I have never had an appointment to service my vehicle and when I show up they take me right in. Very professional folks.

Prompt Service, Customer Focus 5/10/2015

Service Manager worked out as many ways as possible to address my particular needs, and resolved all regular service needs in one stop. Despite one slip I made, service personnel went the extra mile, so my car could be reparied on schedule. Thanks Paramount more

Service department is outstanding 4/10/2015

Service manager called me after I purchased my Veloster and said he would do my 1st oil change free. When I came back several months later for that oil change they never asked for payment when I asked they said he had entered into notes about my call after the initial call and that was still good then. That is five star service! more

They do everything to the best of their ability. From an inviting atmosphere and great hospitality. They treat everyone with respect and will try to get your what you want in a purchase or service at an affordable price. They care about building relationships so customers want to come back and refer others. I travel 45 minutes just get my car serviced and I have bought two vehicles from them. more

Short Notice Appointment Could Not Have Gone Better 2/12/2015

Thanks to Kyle and the TEAM at Paramount for their excellent analysis, prompt reporting and swift delivery of my freshly service 2012 Genesis 4.6. An alignment analysis was produced in less than 5 minutes which showed signs of issues and comparative reports were provided on my return to show what had been changed. Kyle ended up NOT recommending automatic transmission fluid service after checking the condition of the existing fluid and determining it was good to go for another several thousand miles, even though he knew as I willing to pay for the service if they recommended it. This sort of honest reporting is the best way to earn my return business down the road. Great Job!! Don McGinnis more
