UPDATED 7/1: *Did* do it again, had hands-down worst delivery experience I've ever had anywhere. Ordered via GH only to find out delivery estimate was 1:50. For one Papa John's pizza, 0.2 miles away, on a Monday afternoon? Worse, two hours passed and it still hadn't come--contacted GrubHub; restaurant said it never got the order. Although GrubHub says (and I believe) PJ's had to manually enter a 4-digit code to confirm receipt of the order. Had to cancel and go hungry. This is the kind of incompetence that makes it hard for a restaurant to stay open.
