I had a problem with this franchisee. A batched order twice within a month. The second time it happen again but this time I called a the manager as the first time, but got no where, he was polite and listen to the complaint but was unable to do something about it. So I cancel the purchased and as for the number of the owner, he only gave me his supervisor's cell which I called immediately - And to my surprise the supervisor asked me a few questions, while I was on the phone, he called the store manager, calmly and professionally explained, guided and trained the manager in very positive manner - then asked him to prepare my order again at no charge. Well handled Mr. Morrace!
