I have lived here since early 2011, and the ,management of Palazzo at Cypresswood are the most responsive management team i have dealt with, Palazzo at Cypresswood is proactive about any problems that arise, the residents are always communicating and this is very helpful to maintaining a safe and great palce to live. Palazzo makes improvements to the community on a daily basis. Best place to live in Houston. more

Ghetto Palazzo 2/5/2012

This place is a DUMP! Between the break ins, broken gates, broken lights, and the maintenance guy who doesnt do a thing... it's a wonder ANYONE is safe in this place! I've lived here for over a year and can not wait to get out of this place! Luxury? ha! What a joke! The office staff is nice.... until you finalize your lease, then they are UNHELPFUL and STUCK UP. Rent is rediculious for a place like this. The back gate has been broken and OPEN for the past 2 months. 1 month after break-ins started they FINALLY decided to notify the residents and close the gate for good because they are too CHEAP to fix it. The parking.... well that's another story... the gararge is full of inconsiderate people who scratches, dents, and beats up your vehicles, break in and steal things because the gate is WIDE OPEN for anyone to come through. If you're looking for a decent place to live, this place is NOT IT! Oh.. and the noise.. yea, I forgot to mention the guy across the courtyard who likes to yell and more

Terrible Management 3/16/2011

The management is terrible. The current manager and some of the people in the leasing office have no customer service skills. I have had to call several times regarding mistakes with my monthly rent and even renewing my lease. I would leave a message each time and wait one week, and no one would call me back.So, I started going to the office to get my questions answered. Also, no one in the office ever apolizes for the ""NO CUSTOMER SVC"" they just act like everything is fine. These apts are suppose to be luxury apts. We never have Brunch on Sundays like some of the others luxuary apts. Also, it smells like SEWAGE all the time. I love pets but there are too many large dogs at this complex and BIG DOG DOOKIE everywhere. The hallways are concrete and get dirty very easily and have never been cleaned over a years time. These apts went from LUXURY straight to the GHETTO. It seems that people are moving out of here every weekend. The rent is not that cheap and we should be getting more for our money. I just didnt feel like moving again, but I think I will when my lease is up next time. more

Horrible Management 3/9/2011

I am currently a resident here, and have very mixed feelings about my lease expiring soon. I like the location, and layout/ appearance of the property. I really love my apartment, but not the newest residents of the property. Within the past 3/4 mo this whole complex has gone to hell. It went from being a complex for young professionals, teachers, cops, and middle class families to pretty ghetto tenants. When I first started apartment hunting I was very happy with the property's proposed parking control setup. I liked the parking garage, and the fact that the lease restricted the amount of cars you could register per apartment for permits. However the manager here has never fulfilled this lease term. That being said, the management team is absolutely worthless with the exception of John. The manager Chris is the worst and sadly all the decisions/actions must be approved by her thus stalling everything complex wide. The gates are constantly being rammed/disabled by those who do not live in the complex. Visitors double park, and or leave cars in the lots for weeks at a time. The complex just started a new door trash pick up service, which I do not understand because the trash chute is located in the parking garage (no dumpster) on every level. The new program stipulates that all supplied cans must be back inside the apartment by 9am but this is not enforced. So now certain tenants leave piles of garbage in the hallways, stinking the whole floor up. One sure way to get me renew my lease would be to fix the parking, and promote John to manager. more

The parking is terrible and I think everybody owns a dog! Lots of barking and poop! I am extremely disappointed in everything here not worth the money! i cant rest for nothing 9/4/2010

I moved here march 2010 at first I was excited that went away quick management is nice but slow on response the neighbors are rude I have neighbor that constantly blast their music from 6am to midnight I have constantly made complaints and nothing has been done I swear everyone owns a dog and you hear barking all day and night these apt are noisey and you would think while people are at work that's when they would have the lawn people come but no they have them come at 7am on staurdays when people are trying to rest also the water system is horrible it has a funny smell and taste and you can not drink what a waste of a 25 dollar bill a month and parking is horrible I don't know how many times I have almost gotten hit this is not work a thousand a month I will not be renewing my lease more

Mixed Feelings About it 9/1/2010

I have been very excited to live at these apartments as well, now things seem to be going downhill. I really hope that gets better, because I think some tenants have more than 1 car sitting in the garage, or have visitors who take up the spots. more

Be careful of new construction 5/14/2010

In all honesty, this place isn't as great as I thought it would be. We moved into a brand new apartment here and were super excited about living at the Palazzo. After about two weeks of living there, everything went down hill. One of the employees scraped my car with his construction truck, we had a big wet spot on the carpet in the master bedroom caused by a leak coming from the tub, mold, spiders, terrible water pressure, and just not a great experience. The leak went all the way into the master bedroom and the carpet was soaked like there was a flood or something. It took them two weeks to fix the leak issue and about 6 or 7 different people having to come in my home day after day. I work from home and had to cancel appointments because of all the loud noise which put me out of about $550. I asked for compensation or just a discount off the rent for a month, what a joke that was. The management is pretty good and their nice people so not too many complaints about them. I g more
