A relative took a framed canvas picture to Pak Mail. They improperly packed the item, which caused damaged to the canvas (hole). UPS picked up the picture and returned it to Pak Mail. My relative had the package insured, as of this post, no refund or insurance check has arrived and we have been waiting for over thirty days.
We asked for the picture to be returned to me so I could take it and have the canvas repaired. The picture arrived with the top half of the painting crushed beyond repair!!
