Good evening,\r \r Contrary to the writer's comments, I believe Paisley Park Studios has excellent customer service. To explain, at age 18, visiting a large city and Minneapolis for the first time, out of curiosity, I found and visited the studio. It was an unannounced visit. Before reaching the stair case, I was gracefully and politely stopped by whom ever it was. Kindly apologizing, I tip-toed out. It was a lesson learned. Without an appointment, plans fall short of expectations. Never do I blame any body else for my mistakes. Side point: Learning patience will take us a long way. Keep in mind that unknown circumstances may happen during a visit to any business, especially studios. As a result, regular customer service may lack. Importantly, are we the cause of it. This is my first-time message. \r \r I am Rossanna Lopez from MFP Records, and I have to say, that as Paisley Park is Prince's property, we would have expected a far better customer services.\r \r We have been trying to gain recording times for our artists, and have to date not received a reply to our messages, emails or calls left on the answering machine explaining that Prince's phone is not available.\r \r It is a shame as there are many new up and coming artists that would love to be able to record in the famed Paisley Park studios.\r \r However, we do give it a 4 star rating as despite the lack of Costumer service, Paisley Park continues to be the 1st desired recording studio our artists are asking to record at.\r \r Who know's, maybe one day we will actually get a reply.\r \r Please let me know if you do get a booking.\r \r Rossanna Lopez\r MFP Records.
