I purchased a 52" television (quite costly) and was promised that it would arrive at the store two days later for my pick up. Upon calling to double-check its arrival, I was informed that the "warehouse" had not loaded the tv onto the delivery truck, thus no tv. (Luckily, I was smart enough to call and check, rather than drive up without calling. Apparently, there is no follow-up to let customers know that their products don't arrive as promised.) I was offered the option of picking up the tv three days later or waiting four days for delivery because their schedule was booked solid. This was a real disappointment, since I was looking forward to watching the Chargers Play-offs. For such a "high-end" purchase, the customer service sure was "low-rent". Please purchase from other businesses.
