I've been working at Pablo's since August of 2007. The food is to die for. That may be bias, but the reason i wanted to work there is because i loved there food. I highly recomend this place, and ordering a ""Mucho Grande"" Thats a buritto, enchilada, taco, and rice or beans. I'm a cook and I can tell you that we always use clean plates and stuff. We also get many comments about how clean the restaurant is. There are three things I don't like about Pablo's. The small work space the cooks have, The insanely busy Friday, and Saturday nights, and the size of the restaurant. We get more and more successful each year, and the restaurant cannot grow any more. To sum things up this is definately worth a shot. Generally the people that don't like Pablo's just aren't fans of mexican food.

Cons: Parking, Waiting on weekends, closed on sunday, some prices
