this icecream place is the best place in Rock HIll! all of the employees are so sweet and kind and they make the best homemade icecream ever...ive seen them make it right in front of me....go their now! it is delicious! Pros: homemade and amazing Cons: nothin more

PW's really is the best ice cream anywhere!! it is a little pricey but i do think it is worth it..it's homeade!!! Pros: so good Cons: expensive, can't sit down more
