My experience here has been awful at best. I went here to buy a whole bedroom set six months ago and it still has not come in. I can understand that because the shipper made an error, but the worst part is that when I called to ask on the status of the shipment the employee there got frustrated at ME! I've had to call them every single time to get a status on the shipment. No courtesy calls have been made to me by them on their own initiative. I spoke with Peter Reed personally about this matter, and he was very nice, but it was his employees that I've had to deal with. And I'm still waiting on the furniture. I regret not going to Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel.

Cons: Other stores have, same manufacturers, without the wait.
