My beef bourgionne was served absolutely burnt and overcooked. I sent it back and got a burger, which I ordered medium rare, and it was served well done (in fact, cooked more than my friend's burger, which was supposed to be well done and was undercooked). I gave my friend half the burger for him to take home since his was undercooked. When the check arrived, they didn't comp my meal, and since our tab was over $200, we thought that it would be standard customer service of them to comp the burger, being that it was only $15. When we mentioned it to the manager, they said they would take care of it, and dropped a second check, still charging us for the meal. Then, we mentioned it a third time, and they said they would take off the $15, as long as they could take the half of the burger from us so my friend couldn't take it home! Long story short, having worked in the restaurant business, I am appalled at the horrible customer service from the management staff. There are too many good French restaurants in Philadephia to waste my money on a return trip to Parc.
