Ah, Otani. This is one of my favorite restaurants. A bit pricey, but the food is worth it. The cooking right in front of your table is awesome. I eat at Otani every Christmas Eve, and I love it every time! Keep up the good work, Otani Japanese Steak House! more

The restaurant is awesome. Otani Japanese Steak House easily has the best sushi in Chantilly, VA. High quality fish, knowledgeable and friendly staff, it's entirely worth the price tag. more

Great Customer Service and Fresh Food 9/3/2010

We went there with a small child. They were accommodating and seated us at the sushi bar away from the grill tables. They brought all the courses to us and were extremely courteous. We tried the shrimp, scallops, and strip steaks, and they were all flavorful and juicy. We didn't really know how good grilling skills the chefs had, but that wasn't our point. The entrees range from $18 to $28, and sushi items are $10 or so. We spent $75 between 3 adults and 1 baby. It was a bit pricy but it was a good experience with great food and great customer service. more

Delighted 3/22/2004

Went there on a week day, walked in and was seated promptly. The service was quick the food was Great! They cook the food right in front of you the chef's were friendly and entertaining. We have been back several times since and it's always a delight. Have recommended it to all my friends. more

This is one of the better teppanyaki style Japanese restaurants in our area. The service is good, the food is wonderful and the chefs are very personable, so everyone end up having a great time.
