We traded up for a new 10 year anniv wedding set. I had the ring for 6 days and a stone fell out. Mind you...this was over 5000 on sale! They said they would have a new ring by the following Friday. Friday came and went and still no follow up. When I called them on Saturday they promised it by Tuesday, saying they had made a mistake. When I called on Tuesday, still no ring. Wednesday when I called them they said it had arrived! We went to pick it up and after acting strangely...they admitted it was the wrong size and would need to be sent off to be sized! Customer service is awful with no follow up and lack of care. We have spent over 10,000 there over the years and will not return. My husband returned my ring and got a refund. Do not buy from Osterman!
