We waited over an hour to get food, 2 bartenders(1 blonde 1 brunette) and 1 waitress and when we asked to get refills on our drinks we were given a very snotty attitude by the blonde bartender. Our salad dishes sat for 45 minutes. I was ready to leave after 1 hour of time and was trying to pay the bartender for salad bar and drinks when the waitress brought our food. We told her we could not believe the service and we were told that they were busy with deliveries and only had 1 cook. I asked if deliveries get priority over in house and the waitress told us to eat our food and shut up. I got up and asked for the owner and the bartender the blonde (who had been texting the entire time) told me to take our food and get out. I demanded the owner and was told he was unavailable. I then asked for a pen and something to write with so the owner could contact me she said I already had something to write with maybe I should ask for something to write on!!! At that point we left as the waitress was telling us we were making a scene. I will not be going back to this place I had 6 people with me and we had all ordered $20 worth of food, so I guess $120 worth of business was not worth a polite attitude or a simple explanation of what was going on during the hour we waited.
I can understand the waitress being upset and being swamped as she was the only one working, I could even forgive her for what she said. But the bartenders attitude and the way she treated an obviously upset customer is beyond comprehension. Even after she treated us rudely and and made snide comments she then proceeded to laugh at us and make comments to customer at the bar.
During the hour we waited the salad bar was never tended to there were containers that were empty and the dressing had developed a scum to the tops of them. We were never asked once how we were doing or given an update. The women's bathroom did not have toilet paper.
After contacting the owner, he informed us we were not welcome back because the waitress who told us to shut up was his daughter and we upset her. After she had said that she tried to apologize and had mentioned what good customer we were but that apparently means nothing to the owner.
