I consider myself to be very fit and knowledgeable when it comes to working out and fitness techniques. I have been a regular gym member for the past 10 years, taking all kinds of classes, working with personal trainers and even completing triathlons. I thought I would switch things up from my gym and try Brian's bootcamp (especially for $40 through Groupon).
After 3 sessions, I am disappointed by his lack of knowledge about the human body, lack of a plan for each session and lack of personal attention. He spent most of the time thinking about what exercises we would do next and yelling that he's the best trainer in Brooklyn in order to ""scare off"" other bootcamp trainers nearby in the park. I found him to be unprofessional and lazy. I hope no one spends the full amount on his class. I'm sure there are better ones out there.
Pros: outdoors
Cons: little experience, little variety and no personal attention
