I shopped all down Harwin st. and Fondren st. (which has the most rug stores in Houston) I found the best services, customer care and prices at Oriental Rug Factory. The guys who helped me were laid back and not pressure salesmen, very professional and prompt. They had an amazing selection, organized, and very knowledgeable about their product. They recommended which rug I should buy for my everyday uses and spent over an hour with my wife and I doing their best to satisfy us, not to mention the very generous discount and savings they gave us!\r If you want professional service, the best prices, and the best quality, shop at Oriental Rug Factory. For example: I paid 38% more for a rug at this store and then unexpectedly found the exact same rug on the internet -- A first quality on the internet.
