This is the worst place I ever lived,you will not get peace and quiet.Parties all the time,management does NOTHING, to fix the problem.Speed bumps, are like a half a foot high,I had to park my car on the street, since they caused to much damage.Wood Dale police, just ticket everyone in the complex for stupid stuff.I broke my lease,moved, and never looked back. more

If you have the option DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are HIGHLY over priced for those of us who actually pay considering they allow section 8 and have 5 families of illegal immigrants living next door to me. They have NEVER washed the windows or repainted. The complex looks like a ghetto. The 5 speed bumps are ridiculous. I've had to replace my bumper twice because they are too high. They keep saying they are going to fix them but just painted them. I mentioned it again they said go slower. I go barely 2 mph over them and still bottom out! Not to mention that they run this place like Nazi Germany. When it snows you must move your car as soon as it stops regardless of what you are doing or you get your car towed on YOUR expense. $750 to be exact. They tell you what you can and can not own. I got a fine for having baby toys on my living room floor. Yeah, I'm not kidding. They also threaten to break your lease CONSTANTLY. They forget this is home and run it like a business. You can not have ANYTHING on the balcony you pay for. Maintenance take over 3 months to fix anything. They also come into your home when ever they want whether you are home or not. I've had $300 stolen from me from maintenance and when I told the office they said it wasn't their problem and I must have misplaced it. I would move out right now but they are going to charge me $2,500 to break my lease. They are always looking to get money by fining for stupid reasons like accusing you of flicking cigarette butts over your balcony when none of us even smoke. They threaten you constantly and harrass and terrorize their renters. If you don't want to be MISERABLE and pay $1200 a month to live in a building that's falling apart in the ghetto... DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE! more
