I was originally given a two week estimate that turned into TWO MONTHS!! My vehicle had extensive front-end damage, and five weeks after my insurance company gave the body shop permission to begin work on my car, I went to pick it up and the AC did not work. I had to wait around for an hour before I was able to drive it home. A week later, my AC broke again, and I immediately took it back to the body shop for repairs. The manager said that my car would be ready in two to three days, but they held onto my car for OVER TWO WEEKS!
Cons: Customer service a joke! Unreliable! Shoddy work
