AWESOME! 10/22/2005

Luckily, my dad became part of the Orange County Teacher's Federal Credit Union (OCTFCU) a long time ago, so I get to enjoy the benefits. The tellers are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they give out free cookies and coffee in their banks. Finally, they offer great deals on loans! more

Love this Credit Union! 9/29/2005

This is a great credit union! They are geared towards educators and those being educated. They offer great loans and automobile deals as well as everyday benefits. I have never be fined for overdrawing my account because they offer great overdraft protection. If you are a college student not associated with any teachers, do get an account here. You will not find service and deals like this at any national bank chain, anywhere! I love this credit union! more

OCTFCU Rocks! 9/27/2005

The teacher's credit union is the best place to bank. The only hang-up is that you have to be affiliated with the school district somehow. My mother happens to be a teacher so I got in when I was young. Anyone who works with the school district (in any capacity) can get an account. They don't charge you to keep an account there and they offer great interest rates. Plus they can help you buy a car if you are looking. Like the title says, OCTFCU rocks! more

Great service and interest rates 9/27/2005

The Orange County Teacher's Federal Credit Union caters to students and teachers in Orange County. They have a location on the UCI campus. Students can easily set up a new account with their student ID cards. Their interest rates for savings accounts are also higher than regular banks like Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Checking is free and they also have automatic bill pay. Unlike some banks, they have free unlimited bank visits. They have online banking, where you can transfer money between your savings and checking accounts. more
