Oracare Dental, PA

Just visited Oracare Dental at their neat new office in Sanford next to the Hospital. I'd been their patient years ago when I lived in Altamonte. Just returned to the area from LA and needed a dentist for a broken tooth and excrutiating pain on a Saturday evening. I was amazed that Dr. Sheth himself called me back within minutes of leaving a message on their emergency line and got me in right away. Their paperless hi-tech patient management system really impressed as much as their overhead TV that kept me entertained while the inevitable root canal got done, almost painless other than that injection. To top it off, since my Insurance could not be verified at that late hour, he worked out a payment plan that made me happy. I had assumed those kinda practices did not exist anymore. Well, now my extended family and work colleagues want to check them out.\r Dr. Sheth also conducts clinical research of new dental products and they pay YOU to participate. Kinda nice to get appreciated. Sign me up, Doc more

Dr. Sheth didnt provide me a treatment plan until 4 days after he had already done my temporary crowns and I was shocked! He charged my insurance company for work that he did not do on both me and my husband. When I questioned him about the insurance claims he does not answer. He finally told me to find another dentist and never completed the work he started. I have complaints in with the insurance company, the ADA, the Board of Dentistry and the BBB. Please make sure you get the treatment plan BEFORE you let him do any work and make sure you know what you will have to pay! Follow up with your insurance company to make sure what he is charging is what he actually did! BEWARE! more

Their courteous, friendly and professional staff took care of my emergency on a Saturday! The new office in Sanford is hight tech and they apparently do advanced dental research and holisitic care. They are not the cheapest but certainly worth the quality of my beautiful new smile! I've started taking my family now. more
