HVAC check 12/19/2018 12/19/2018

We were notified in ample time to prepare for the arrival of your technician, Ryan Curren. He appeared neat and polite--even to petting our dog. He went right to work on the inspection and afterward was very attentive in his explanation of the problems that he encountered. Since we are not using the unit at this time we declined any immediate work. He pointed out a prioritized list of items to be addressed when we decided to have work done. Very pleased with One Hour 9/25/2017

Of course my a/c went out late on a Friday night. I was so grateful that Damien was able to sort things out early Saturday morning. The service was prompt, the communication was exceptional and the price was quite reasonable. Highly recommended. more

Spring check up 4/24/2017

Mary made a possible bad situation, a truly good outcome to the scheduled spring check up under contract. Brandon not only came at the scheduled day and time but was even early, truly a plus. He was very professional and complete his task in a timely fashion. Glad to have the continued One Hour service team on my side. more
