""We've been ordering our diapers via Amazon for the past year and a half and we've had it.
These are our ratings:
PRODUCT: Pampers Cruisers Dry Max Diapers, Size 3, 160 Count, 5-STARS
SHIPMENT: OnTrack shipping company should get 0-STARS but we're forced to only give them 1-STAR
AVERAGE OF THE TOTAL TRANSACTION: 3-STARS
I have very regard for Amazon and most of their partners but Amazon failed miserably by tainting their name with ON-TRACK SHIPPING (whom I shall now refer to as ""NOT-ON-TRACK"").
We live in an apartment complex where you need to get buzzed in. I'm not sure how everyone else (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS) does it but every single package has been delivered to our door, except NOT-ON-TRACK. Three times, they have dropped off our package (a gigantic case of diapers, which is not cheap) in front of our apartment complex - readily available for anyone to snatch...or, as with this Saturday's event, where we were rained-in and stayed home all day and we get a random call from NOT-ON-TRACK that they were unable to deliver the package because they couldn't get through the gate? Are you serious?!
Our three digit code, next to our name, in the front of our apartment complex which has been there for several years has never failed to call us. Last year, we changed the number that the apartment-buzzer calls to reflect our GOOGLE NUMBER (a free number through Google which allows us to link up any income call to ring our home, work and cell phone numbers simultaneously) so we can buzz anyone in, anytime.
I am not a fan of making reviews. I make a conscious effort to make reviews if the service and/or product is extreme...and this is EXTREME, unfortunately, not in a good way. I've just exhausted 1/2 hour of my life on this review.
Hate is a strong word and I am short of hating NOT-ON-TRACK and am fearful every time I make an Amazon purchase, hoping God that we don't get NOT-ON-TRACK. We spend $75/year for Amazon Prime to get better shipping services and NOT-ON-TRACK is far from that.
AMAZON, PLEASE FIND A BETTER SHIPPING OPTION THAN NOT-ON-TRACK... Please don't force us to get in my car and go to Costco to get a good deal on my diapers. We like you too much to lose this relationship on a defective 3rd party vendor.
In this case, we're hoping our child will get out of diapers before this new pack of diapers end just so we don't have to deal with this awful vendor.
