Read a review of a previous client, AND I was totally astonished by his evaluation of the indisputably best service center in the Bay Area. His review was so absolutely vindictive, that I had to wonder if perhaps he had connections with another service center that was a competitor of On Track BMW. \r
All you have to do is walk into the spotless, flawlessly maintained shop to immediately see that this is one owner who has true integrity and takes the business of servicing BMW's very seriously.\r
Have been a customer of Jeff's since his shop opened originally in Oakland at least 15+ years ago (as well as when he was previously employed as service manager at the highly acclaimed Hardy and Beck BMW Performance Center in Oakland which has since dissolved), and although his new San Leandro location is not as convenient for us, I would never go to another service center or dealer (talk about rip you off) if my life (car) depended on it.\r
The owner is the most honest, competent, unbelievably cost effective mechanic I have ever encountered. Jeff, who with his problem solving and diagnostic skills, complimented by his insight, intelligence and resourcefulness, has repaired and maintained both mine and my wife's vehicles for the past 20 years. Our now 18-year old daughter has joined the family as a loyal, repeat, completely satisfied customer, as well. In many instances (even while under warranty), where the dealer had no clue and would charge an arm and leg to attempt and fail to fix deficiencies in our cars, Jeff has continued to succeed in repairing these issues. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE BAY AREA.
